To request plumbing service during our regular business hours, 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. Monday - Friday, please complete the following form. Note that the service rate for regular plumbing service is $65.00 per hour. If you need a plumber outside our regular business hours you can use the Emergency Service Request form to request a plumber.

You must complete all fields on this form, incomplete submissions will be discarded by the system. This information will be logged and transmitted to our service vehicle dispatcher. Once the request has been submitted the information will be reviewed and a Commerce Plumbing employee will call you to confirm the service request and determine the appropriate service personnel to dispatch.
